Evaluation of Preconception Services

This report provides an evaluation of the State of Delaware Preconception Care Program. The evaluation findings are based on an audit of two contractors currently providing preconception services at multiple sites through funding from the state. The evaluation encompasses (a) assessment of the physical environment of service delivery through site visits; (b) audits of medical charts, and (c) consideration of other contract compliance issues.
