Technical Assistance & Consulting Services
Stronger community organizations build stronger communities. As part of their engagement with the community, CCRS faculty and staff provide a variety of technical assistance, training and management support to community-based nonprofit organizations and government entities.

Technical assistance is available on a variety of topics including board governance, strategic planning, and fundraising. Longer-term and more sustained assistance is also available to provide support for on-going initiatives in planning, program development and evaluation.
